1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between iv18 ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of the platform ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing or using the iv18 website, mobile version, and related services, you are considered to have fully accepted the terms set out below.

3. Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply to depositing funds on iv18:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used to make the deposit, unless special circumstances are considered.
• Use of fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods will result in account cancellation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may not be approved if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the iv18 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawing. Note that wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is credited only to the account for which it is allocated.
• Bets must meet a minimum qualifying standard to count toward a bonus; opposing or risk-free betting strategies do not qualify.
• iv18 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be cancelled and the bonus will be forfeited.
• A promotion may not be used more than once.

5.4 VIP Program

The iv18 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver tier up to 0.7%, and Gold tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback. 6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The following rules apply when playing games on iv18:

• Each game has its own rules and terms, which can be found in the game interface.
• A game round that is incomplete due to a technical error may be declared void and the bet amount will be returned.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software or hardware error are not valid and may be cancelled.

• Operating multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or break the platform's security measures.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving abusively toward other users.
• Match fixing or any other fraudulent betting activity.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

8. Responsible Gaming
